Andalusia Chicken (Ayam Andalusia)


Chicken comes from the Spanish Andalusia. and its name derived from the origin of the chicken area, namely Andalusia. actual presence of these chickens are also in English and became famous in the 19th century.

type chickens was approved by the APA (American Poultry Association) in 1874. but from the American Poultry Association, they are better known as the blue Andalusian. Ancona Chicken (Ayam Ancona)





Ancona chickens come from Italy. and its name derived from the original name of the region, namely Ancona. before the chicken is famous in Italy, this chicken actually sudh famous in English since the 19th century.

The most prominent characteristic of this chicken is the color of white spots on his fur. Chicken is available in black and sometimes dark purplish-green. breeding is quite good, as every week nearly 5 eggs they can produce. The resulting egg color is white. stud size chicken can reach 2.7-3 Kg. and females can reach 22-25 kg.

Anconas can have either a rose or a single comb, as either are accepted by the American Poultry Association in 1898. This breed has four toes on each foot, no feathering on its legs, and does not possess a crest. Their combs are medium in size, and single comb Ancona females should have lopped combs. 


 
This chicken has always been restless behavior in the cage or you could say nervous. and the chicken is happy with the freedom to tend to stay away from humans. so it took more patience in maintaining this chicken

Ameraucana Chicken (Ayam ameraucana)


ameraucana chicken is chicken that lived in the U.S. who is also a kind of chicken auracana. therefore ameraucana name derived from the merger of American and auracana. colors that have been recognized in the world of chicken species are: Black, Blue, Blue Wheaten, Brown Red, Buff, Silver, Wheaten and White. There are colors Several projects, including Lavender.

Ameraucana chicken is chicken araucana similar but actually they are different races. weight of normal adult rooster when 6.5 lbs. and female chickens of about 5.5 lbs. This chicken has a blue-green eggs.


interesting of these is the chicken fat body and has a beautiful color. other than that on the neck and thick fur so much that looks fuller.

Ameraucana chickens originally came from English in 1967. but still famous for the previous species araucana. English merchants then import them to America. then araucana of English with native chickens produce eggs blue. and characteristics are slightly different from the English araucana. may be due to genetic factors are more prominent than the area

Ameraucanas were bred from Easter Eggers, a mixed non-standard breed derived from breeding the native South American Araucana with Old World varieties. The APA officially accepted Ameraucana as standard breeds in 1984.
 
because chicken is a chicken bred by humans, chickens have a behavior that is mostly quiet and not aggressive, or can be called benign.
